Hi Colour Painting provides residential painting services in the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include interior and exterior painting for residential properties.

3. Booking and Payment:

a. Estimates:

We provide free estimates based on the information provided. The final cost may vary based on an on-site assessment.

b. Booking:

To book our services, a non-refundable deposit may be required. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.

c. Payment:

Payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a. Cancellation:

Cancellations within a specified time frame may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

b. Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, please notify us in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

c. Payment:

Payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards.

5. Client Responsibilities:

Ensure access to the property for scheduled services. Inform us of any special requirements or considerations for the project.

6. Quality Guarantee:

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within a reasonable time frame to discuss and address any concerns.

7. Property Access:

You agree to provide access to the property during the scheduled service times. If access is denied, additional fees may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Hi Colour Painting is not liable for any damages or losses arising from our services, except for damages caused by our negligence.

9. Intellectual Property:

All content and materials provided as part of our services are the property of Hi Colour Painting and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms:

Hi Colour Painting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
